drumstick, mocha mint & vanilla anise...

Drumstick in cupcake form...seriously, this tastes just like a drumstick, except not cold - maybe I should freeze some?  Vanilla cake, filled with fudge, topped with vanilla bean frosting, dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with chopped peanuts.

Mocha Mint...chocolate cake, filled with espresso mousse, topped with fresh mint infused frosting, mint chocolate shavings & a chocolate covered espresso bean

Vanilla Anise...vanilla cake, filled with vanilla anise pastry cream, topped with anise frosting & anise caramel.  The Reagan Ranch ordered cupcakes for part of the 100 year celebration of his birth.  President Reagan loved black licorice jelly beans, which is what inspired this flavor.  We topped their cupcakes specifically with a black licorice jelly bean in lieu of the caramel.  Happy 100th, President Reagan!

HA! I thought you meant a drumstick like a turkey or chicken leg. I couldn't figure out why you would make a cupcake taste like that. I'm glad I read the description :) It sounds amazing!
