FAQ
Can I order special cupcake flavors that aren’t on the weekly menu? Yes, for cupcake orders that are $300 or greater, with a maximum of 4 special flavors per event.
How many cupcakes to you suggest per person? We suggest 2-3 mini cupcakes per person (most common quantity is 2.5 per person) or 1 – 1.5 regular size cupcakes per person (most common quantity is 1.25 per person).
Do you offer tastings? Yes, we are casual and simple when it comes to tastings. We invite you to our bakery in Buellton anytime between 7:00am and 2:00pm Thursdays through Sundays to taste the cupcakes at your leisure. If you like what you try, we do follow up via phone or email. Simply contact Amber via phone (805-451-0284) or email (amber@enjoycupcakes.com) to let her know what the details are for your event. She will coordinate with you on the day you plan on coming in so that we can hold cupcakes for you.
Can I specify what flavors I will be sampling? Our “tastings” are made up of the flavors from our weekly menu. Unfortunately we do not make special flavors to be included in the tasting outside of our weekly menu. Once couples come in to taste, they are normally comfortable with making choices after they become familiar with our cupcakes. It sounds overly simple, but basically they taste like their descriptions.
Do you deliver? Yes, we offer delivery for orders over $300, dependent upon our availability. The delivery fee starts at $60.00 for all deliveries within 15 miles of our bakery kitchen in Buellton. Venue address can be provided for delivery quote. Our delivery range is Santa Barbara county. Or orders can be picked up at the bakery in Buellton.
How and when should the cupcakes / cakes be displayed? The buttercream on the cupcakes and cakes will melt if they get too warm, or if they are in the direct sun. They should be displayed in the shade or indoors. For events, we suggest storing the cakes and cupcakes in the refrigerator and putting them out on display 1-2 hours before serving (depending on temperature).
How do I decide what my wedding cake should look like? You can choose your cake design by selecting from cake pics here www.enjoycupcakes.com/photos/ cakes and there are also lots of current cake pics in our instagram feed, you can leave the design up the bakers and allow the flavor to lead the design, or you can email a pic from another source and I can let you know whether or not we can replicate it (amber@enjoycupcakes.com). Just keep in mind that all our of cakes are made with buttercream (no fondant).

How do I go about ordering / booking? When / if you know you'd like to proceed with your order, email Amber at amber@enjoycupcakes.com the following information so that she can generate an agreement/ deposit invoice.

- Do you know what flavors you’d like? If not, it’s OK, as we don’t need to know final flavor selection until 2 weeks prior (There is a $300 order minimum for flavors outside of our weekly menu - see above for details):
A 50 % non refundable deposit is required for orders over $250 and the final payment is due one week prior to either the pick up or delivery. If you cancel or postpone your order with Enjoy Cupcakes, the deposit can be applied toward any future order within a 12 month period.
