new additions...
I've been yearning to go see my family in Maui, but since I can't get there right now, we brought some Aloha flavor to California this week!
Aloha Cupcake...vanilla cake, filled with fresh pineapple curd & toasted macadamia nuts, topped with coconut milk frosting, more toasted mac nuts & lilikoi butter (sent from my brother in Maui).
Also on the menu this week is a toasted smores cupcake.
We've probably done over 6 different versions of a smores cupcakes and this one is by far my favorite ~ Chocolate cake with baked marshmallows, over a buttery graham cracker crust, filled with chocolate sauce, topped with toasted marshmallow frosting

If I didn't live in Chicago, I'd stop by for both of those flavors! They'd be a nice escape from the cold winter weather.
That toasted marshmallow frosting brings me so much joy to look at.
It really is a good thing we don't live closer, I'd weigh 300 pounds! Those flavors you have come up with, out of this world! You are a creative flavor genius!!
