My Favorite Fruity Flavor board #10 (That's hard to say fast)

We're celebrating summer fruit this week.  Mixed Berry Cheesecake...vanilla cake, filled with fresh baked cheesecake, topped with raspberry frosting & mixed berries.  Tangerine Mint Mimosa...champagne cake, filled with tangerine mint curd, topped with tangerine frosting.  Plum Black Mango...vanilla cake, filled with mango curd, topped with plum frosting and a blackberry reduction.
