I've been a little obsessed with the color peach, especially pale tones, so I was beyond stoked when the grapefruit frosting naturally came out a lovely soft peach color (I still refuse to use dyes)...and then combined with blue is so beautiful.

 Grapefruit Chardonnay Cupcake:  Chardonnay cake filled with a grapefruit pudding & a blueberry, topped with grapefruit frosting, a sugar coated blueberry & sugared grapefruit zest.

Soooo, they are gorgeous and suptuous looking! Love the soft color of peach, too! and the filling etc. Oh YUMMMMM. I am doing the HCG diet currently, but Ohhhh, someday! and can you really ensure freshness etc w/mail-order?
