strawberry cheesecake & peanut butter cup cupcakes...
...on some cute retro trays.
Last week I intended to make cupcakes with a graham cracker crust but I was a little sleepy & forgot to put the crust in the cupcake liners so I put it on top instead. Well, I kinda liked how it looked so I made that same mistake today, but intentionally :) Pictured above = Strawberry Cheesecake Cupcakes: Vanilla cake with buttery graham cracker topping, filled with whipped cheesecake, topped with fresh strawberry frosting & strawberry wedges.
We've made peanut butter cup cupcakes before, but we like to mix things up, so these look a bit different than past versions. Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes: Chocolate cake, filled with peanut butter mousse, topped with rich chocolate frosting, natural peanut butter "puddle" & a mini peanut butter cup.
There's another new flavor on the menu this week...Blueberry Grapefruit Chardonnay. I'm in love with the pale orange & blueberry color combo so check back tomorrow for a purply blue & pale orange flavor board!
