How about a cupcake dedicated to all the homemade Christmas candies we make every year. Divinity, fudge, caramel corn and toffee. You could frost it with marshmallow fluff.

You have so many great, creative flavors! Another one I'd love to see is a passion fruit cupcake with a cream cheese frosting. A bit of passion fruit curd filling would be delicious in a vanilla cake infused with a bit of passionfruit flavor, topped with a fluffy cream cheese frosting! Mmm, just thinking about it is making me hungry:)

Strawberry Banana Rendevous - Banana cupcake with strawberry filling (or vice versa) and most importantly... a creamcheese frosting... oh... and a little grahm cracker on top! Mmmm.... yummy! :)

i know it's christmas season and all and people are gonna be like "i want an eggnog gingerbread sugarplum gumdrop evergreen cupcake that looks like a christmas ornament!" but not being able to drink really makes me miss bellinis and i think a peach bellini cupcake with possibly a honey cream or ginger frosting sounds pretty darn nifty. sooo.....umm...yea. that's what i would like in my mouth right now. pretty please.

I would love to see a southern themed cupcake such as a creamy praline inspired cupcake.

Your cupcakes are fantastic! How about a Bananas Foster cupcake? Or a Nutella flavored cupcake? Tiramasu? I'm sure anything you create would be fantastic!

Yumm! I'd LOVE to try a carrot cake cupcake with peanut butter cream cheese frosting. Has anyone had this? I could be awful, or awfully good! :) (here's to hoping). And of course, Merry Christmas!

We missed you on your way out of Tahoe-no call! How about something dairy-free but really yummy? Like with coconut milk maybe? Maggie has allergies and we've gone dairy free these last couple months. Miss you, let's plan a weekend in 2011! The girls would love eachother.

One of my favorite desserts is blackberry cobbler, so I would love a cupcake version. Vanilla cake with blackberry filling topped with a blackberry buttercream frosting sprinkled with cobbler topping and a sugared blackberry on top. A peach cobbler cupcake would be yummy too!

This year, we aren't buying any gifts. Instead, we're crafting for everyone out of supplies we already own. We are then donating our initial budget (which would have been spent on gifts that may or may not have actually suited the person) and donating it to local charities. I think this would qualify as a non purchase and suit my sister in law just perfectly- a tired mom who tries so HARD to make everything perfect and sweet.

Her flavor? Honey. Honey cakes with lavender creme frosting :)

Oh I have another one... How about a tart yogurt style cupcake (Pinkberry) and a fruit and whipped cream topping?

Hi Amber!

I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas!

How about a cheesecake inspired cupcake? For the fall: a graham cracker crust and a pumpkin spice cupcake, filled with vanilla cheesecake, topped with cream cheese frosting, drizzled with caramel and sprinkled with candied ginger.

Or: a graham cracker/macademia nut crust and a vanilla cupcake, filled with a spoonful of key lime cheesecake, topped with cream cheese frosting and candied lime peel.

Happy Holidays!

How about hazelnut cake with cinnamon buttercream frosting?

Here is my suggestion from the road headed from Asheville to Nashville in the pouring rain.
A White Russian Cupcake. Dark Chocolate Kahlua cake filled with a Vodka infused cream filling and topped with
dark chocolate ganache and white chocolate shavings. That's the perfect Christmas Cupcake at my house, if I could only bake.

How fun and generous, thanks Enjoy Cupcakes! Well, since you already have a million amazing flavors you really have us scrambling. So when I think of wine....my favorite thing to go with a glass of red is an amazing cheese board. So that got me thinking......how about a fig and pistachio cake. And top with a marscapone frosting. Then to take a spin from my fav cupcake of yours (chocolate blackberry syrah!) perhaps soak a piece ofdried fig in a port wine/balsamic reduction combo and top the cupcake with that?

A fried chicken cupcake! Chunks of chicken in a plain cake. Maybe even with some kind of syrup? Chicken & waffles cupcake?!

December 21, 2010 | Unregistered CommenterValerie L

I make cakes... I don't usually like to eat them... so I would like a "turtle brownie" cupcake...
I am simple... it doesn't have to be fancy or full of crazy ingredients. But the person with the savory cupcake is totally on the right track!!!
