Says Kevin.  Truly, I don't think it has been done before.  There are pineapple guava fruit wedges stuffed inside the Chardonnay cupcake this week.  Our pineapple guava tree is overly abundant and we are not letting those tasty delights go uneaten.

I admit, I was hesitant when Kevin made this suggestion, but it's amazing (sweet, tart, rich with texture and probably will be the most unique thing you've eaten).  When the fruit first starting falling a few weeks ago, we made a "sweet tart" Chardonnay cupcake with the fruit, but it just came out OK - not great (I had made a fresh curd with the fruit and we've since discovered it's best when left alone in it's raw form).  We've had multiple people declare it as the best cupcake they've eaten - so it will be back next week.  Come in and try it before the pineapple guavas are out of season.

We also have 4 other new flavors this week

From left to right ~ Stuffed Cheesecake (vanilla cake with homemade cheesecake stuffed inside, topped with vanilla mascarpone frosting), Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough (chocolate cake, filled with cookie dough, topped with peanut butter chocolate chunk frosting), Double Chocolate Mint Fusion (chocolate cake, filled with housemade fresh mint fudge, topped with sweet cream frosting and a puddle of peppermint chocolate sauce).  Our 4th new flavor, which I failed to photograph, is Spiced Apple Cider (vanilla cake, filled with homemade spiced apple butter, topped with apple cider frosting and cinnamon sugar)...tastes like Christmas!

Also to share, I turned our signature cupcake into a cake!  That's right, a Chocolate Blackberry Syrah cake (for a very loyal & fun customer).
